In the neighbourhood of Pacífico, in the district of Retiro, you’ll find this cooking school led by chef Lola Rodríguez, where you can learn all kinds of techniques and culinary tricks to cook the best paellas and Spanish tapas with participatory classes ideal for tourists, groups of students, friends or families, without no previous knowledge of cooking required. Classes can also be taught in English.
Lóleo also offers team building activities for companies and personalised culinary workshops, as well as private classes for up to 6 people.
Paella and tapas classes, lasting 3.5 hours for up to 10 people, are taught at the school in the Retiro district, located above the Pacífico Market. There, you will learn to cook paella (black rice), ham croquettes, ajoarriero cod, Russian salad (standard menu), although changes can occur depending on the season or the chef’s inspiration.
The establishment has a large dining room for about 20 people that can also be rented for all kinds of private and business events. Thanks to its flexibility, this space can be adapted to any set-up or business meeting, and you can even have a professional chef during the event.
