Located at the Arganzuela district, Osram, the old electrical material factory, is the work of the architect Alberto Palacios collaborating with Francisco Borrás. It is composed of two buildings with simple façade containing rectangular openings and crenel-like finishes.
The main hall, a typically industrial-style building, has a functional design, with splendid façades inspired by American architecture. It is an exponent of the best industrial architecture. Today, it is the headquarters of the Housing and Urban Renovation Department and of the City Council’s Municipal Housing Company.
