Buenas y Santas (roughly translated as Good and Holy) is a greeting that can still be heard in towns and rural areas in Argentina, where the cuisine consists of homegrown, natural, fresh organic produce.
That's what this restaurant offers, in addition to well-known Argentinian specialties, giving everything a special gourmet touch. The menu includes a variety of quiches, Argentinian empanadas (pasties), small dishes to share, fresh salads, alfajores (caramel-filled biscuits), dulce de leche (caramel spread), and teas from around the world… Eat in or take away.
