Cubos Madrid

One of the most iconic places in central Madrid, the Plaza de los Cubos and its legendary underground passage have been chosen as the site for this artistic transformation project, where major international artists, linked in one way or another to the city, have created a series of works on the walls that convey their perception, their experiences and their vision of Madrid.

MERLIN Properties, owner of the retail units and office spaces in Plaza de los Cubos, is managing this artistic project and has chosen Madrid Street Art Project to curate the transformation and artistic intervention of this area.

The space has 15 permanent murals created by 15 artists (Suso33, Taquen, Creto, Ramón Amorós, Juay, spok, Marta Lapeña, Sabek, Rosh, duo Amazonas, UNEG, Diego Vicente, TAV (Tape Art Valencia), Dante Arcade and Teje la Araña), as well as a rotating wall that will change every three months after a public competition, so throughout the year you will be able to see 4 different murals by different artists, seeking to give an opportunity to emerging urban artists who are not as well known
