Located in the heart of the Barrio de las Letras neighbourhood, this accommodation is an ode to the Spanish Golden Age and a modern tribute to art in all its forms. The hotel is spread across four interconnected buildings, including a mansion from 1913 where the communal areas are located. Surrounded by history and modernity, it is an absolute haven for creators and enthusiasts of artistic expression in each of its spaces.
It has 137 rooms equipped with all the conveniences, as well as an original feature, an engraving by Gustave Doré made for the 1869 edition of Don Quixote. Its communal areas include a library, ideal for literature lovers; a cinema room that creates an intimate link with the seventh art; and a thermal pool inspired by the serenity of the ancient Roman baths.
In terms of its culinary offer, its restaurant Maché – named after the “papier mâché” technique – fuses international and local cuisine with the artistic world. The result is an innovative culinary experience, in a setting that is as modern and original as its signature cocktails.
