In November the NH Hotel Group opened its third 5-star hotel in Madrid, the NH Collection Paseo del Prado, after closing the establishment for a month in the summer to remodel its communal areas and rooms with a new interior design. NH is now the chain with the largest number of 5-star establishments in the Spanish capital. It boasts over 20 hotels in Madrid, and half of these have been renovated.
The renovations undertaken in relation to the 10 hotels’ quality and service standards demonstrate the chain’s faith and commitment with respect to Madrid.
The NH Collection Paseo del Prado is located in a 1904 mansion designed by Antonio Palacios, in the heart of the Art Triangle. It has 114 rooms decorated with carpets woven by the Royal Tapestry Factory, as well as one suite and five meeting rooms. In terms of culinary offerings, guests can choose between the Estado Puro restaurant, which operates under the guidance of Paco Roncero, and Wine&Bar, an establishment devoted to food and wine.
