Organised by the Madrid Designers’ Association (DIMAD), a new event was held from 25 to 27 September at Matadero Madrid’s Central de Diseño venue. The aim of Big Food was to highlight the interaction between gastronomy and design, featuring cooks, restaurant owners, producers and some of the most acclaimed creative professionals from the world of design.
Michelin-starred chefs alongside young talent, artisan and contemporary producers, owners of classic and cutting-edge restaurants, plus some of the most outstanding figures from the world of design all worked together to offer a tapa that represented the fusion of the two disciplines.
