Prospects of US and Canada markets for Madrid

Last Tuesday we had a new MCB debate for associated companies, dedicated this time to the evolution of the tourism market in the United States and Canada.

The talk was organized thanks to the collaboration of the North American marketing consultancy Arena Destination Marketing, whose vice president, Alessandra Delmonte, moderated the debate with MCB.

As for the guests, this time we have four professionals from the United States and Canada: Koleen Roach, from Securian Financial Group, Terry Manion, from Creative Group Inc., Melanie Bradshaw, from Senegence and Jon Bruno, from The International Ecotourism Society (TIES).

The main recommendation of these experts for Madrid professionals was that we should build trust in North American clients and contacts through information.In this case, too, the Covid-19 crisis has not translated into a decrease in interest in the Madrid destination.
