The American singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, winner of three Grammy Awards, is coming to La Riviera on 20 October as part of her All Born Screaming Tour in which she will present her latest album.
The artist from Tulsa (Oklahoma), Anne Erin ‘Annie’ Clark, better known by her stage name St. Vincent, is a singer-songwriter who stands out for her versatility and ability to combine different musical genres. She has won three Grammy Awards in the categories of Best Rock Song for Masseduction and Best Packaging Design for the album Masseduction in 2019, and Best Alternative Music Album in 2015 for her album St. Vincent.
Her albums have been acclaimed for their distinctive style that combines elements of soft rock, indie, baroque pop, hard rock, electro pop, jazz and dance. She is also known for her great talent as a guitarist and is considered to be one of the best, most distinctive and innovative contemporary artists on acoustic guitar.
Her first studio album was released in 2007 under the title of Marry Me, featuring the singles Now, Now and Jesus Saves, I Spend. This album was followed by many others, such as Actor (2009), Strange Mercy (2011), Love This Giant (2012), St. Vincent (2014), Masseduction (2017) and Daddy's Home (2021).
On this latest tour, the artist is presenting her seventh album, All Born Screaming (2024). This album includes collaborations with artists like Dave Grohl, Cate Le Bon, Josh Freese and Rachel Eckroth, among others, and the artist delves into genres such as progressive and industrial rock, jazz, electronic and ska.
