Paul McCartney

The British musician, Paul McCartney, one of the most successful musicians of all times, is coming back to Madrid after an absence of eight years to offer a double performance on 9 and 10 December at the WiZink Center as part of his  Got Back Tour. In these concerts, he will run through the greatest hits from his solo career, his time with Wings and of course, The Beatles era.  

Paul McCartney began this tour in 2022, with major concerts in the United States before giving what the British newspaper, The Times, described as the “greatest gig of all time” thanks to his performance at Glastonbury.

In 2023, the artist continued his successful tour with concerts in Australia, Mexico and Brazil, and he will be coming to Madrid in 2024, accompanied on stage by his long-standing band of musicians made up of Paul “Wix” Wickens (keyboard), Brian Ray (bass/guitar), Rusty Anderson (guitar) and Abe Laboriel Jr (drums), as well as the Hot City Horns band. This show features state-of-the-art audiovisual technology that is constantly being updated to guarantee an unforgettable experience for all those attending.

Thanks to songs that have become true anthems, such as Hey Jude, Live and Let Die, Band on the Run and Let It Be, among many others, McCartney’s concerts represent everything that any music fan could ever wish for.  The best moments of the past 60 years in the history of music will not be missing in this concert: songs from Paul’s solo musical career, with the rock group, Wings, and of course, the songs from the iconic band, The Beatles, in which he was accompanied by John Lennon, George Harrison and Ringo Starr.
