Next to Atocha station, in the Retiro district, is the first ever axe throwing centre in Spain, opened in 2018, where you can spend a fun afternoon practising your aim in total safety. The activity is open to all those over 16.
As well as axe throwing, at El Hachazo they have board games, darts and a bar where you can enjoy a drink while playing. It is also pet friendly.
You can also host birthdays, stag/hen parties and team building exercises here.
El Hachazo has another branch in central Madrid, at No. 26 Calle Hernani (Cuatro Caminos), which holds axe throwing tournaments on the first Sunday of the month.
