The venue that used to house the old Restaurante Argüelles is now home to this traditional tavern named after their old owners, Celso and Manolo. Their great 8-meter long marble bar has been the place where, ever since the 50s, you could enjoy vermouth with tapas and traditional snacks, but that has now been renewed.
The menu consists of top-quality organic products, completed with a great variety of wines and cocktails.
