Since 2014, it has been located inside the NH Collection Eurobuilding hotel and, although it is hard to classify the astonishing cuisine served, its tasting menu consists of dishes that are genuine works of art. In the words of the chef himself, it is “total, direct cuisine, without distractions. A little like the Cirque du Soleil.”
